Communication Your child will be given the opportunity to share their own personal stories about recent events with the group. We will focus on the development of their early storytelling skills. Being able to share personal events to less familiar people helps them to build connections with those people. We will use photos to support this skill, and move from sharing information with your support, to sharing information independently. We will also be focusing on asking for help. Sometimes even if a child confidently asks for assistance at home, they don't always do this with less familiar people. We will talk about asking for help in group and encourage your child to practise this skill in the sessions.
