What we do

ReadyStepGrow helps parents give their prems the best start.  We understand parents and prems have had a tough start to life together. Supporting and guiding parents is at the heart of the ReadyStepGrow programs. ReadyStepGrow encourages and respects families' choices and their decision-making. We work collaboratively with families, recognising them as equal partners in supporting the child's learning and development. The foundations for reaching this end are sensitivity, diversity and flexibility.

Our programs respond to research that shows prems are at increased risk in key areas of learning and development and evidence that early intervention programs are where the differences can be made.

Our play based program provide parents with knowledge and activities for skill building in the following areas:

Social and emotional skills

Gross Motor

Sensory and Fine Motor

Parent well-being
